Boost donations with businesses

Why business purchases make a difference

Businesses buy online too, and often a lot. While an individual raises around €5 per month, a business can raise €100 to €500 per month. Ask an employer or local business to make their purchases through your link.
Your next step Example email to an employer
Hi, Could our company support a good cause without any extra costs? Through ShopDonation, business purchases like office supplies, software, travel and printing turn into free donations. The shop pays, not us. Would you consider making our online purchases via this link? shopdonation.org/steunons Thank you!

Tips for success

Tips from some of our most successful causes:

Start with people who already shop online

Everyone knows someone who shops online a lot. Ask them first: they can raise recurring donations through their normal purchases.

Send gentle reminders

People forget. A short update every couple of months keeps your link top of mind and stops donations from dropping off.

Promote during popular shopping periods

Remind your network around Christmas, Black Friday and the start of the year, when holidays are booked. Every big shopping moment is a good time.

Focus on high-impact purchases

Some purchases raise much more: insurance (around €35), car insurance (around €60), phone contracts and utilities (around €30).
